This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the legally binding one.

At Bolboreta Estudio I look after your data as carefully as every commission. Here's a clear explanation of what I do with it.

2. What data I collect

Only what you send me when you get in touch by email or Instagram: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it to me), and the reference photos and details of what you'd like illustrated.

This website has no forms or user accounts, and it doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.

3. What I use it for

I don't use your photos for anything else. I will only show the final illustration in my portfolio or on social media with your explicit permission.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when you contact me, pre-contractual steps and performance of the commission, and compliance with legal (tax) obligations.

5. How long I keep it

For as long as the relationship and the commission last. After that, only as long as needed to meet legal obligations (invoicing data, for the periods required by tax law). Reference photos are deleted once the commission has been delivered, unless you ask me to keep them.

6. Who I share it with

I don't pass your data on to third parties unless required by law. I do use service providers that may process it on my behalf: my email provider (Google, Gmail), Instagram (Meta) if you contact me there, and my web host, Netlify. Some of them may be located outside the European Economic Area and rely on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to bdebolboreta@gmail.com. If you feel your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies

This website does not set any first- or third-party analytics or advertising cookies. To display the heading font it connects to the Fontshare service, which may log technical connection data (such as your IP address) in order to serve the file.
